Terms and conditions for loyalty cardholders

1. Cards cost £2.50 inc VAT for the life of the card. Any loss or damage of the card resulting in the requirement of a replacement card will need to be reported to Shop Local NY Ltd to be re-issued with a replacement card number and card. Replacements for damaged cards will be free of charge upon surrender of damaged card, replacements for lost cards will be charged at £2.50 inc VAT.

2. Loyalty cards are non refundable or transferable. It is a one time only cost of £2.50 inc. VAT unless lost or stolen (as 1).

3. The receipt of discount will not affect your individual statutory rights as to the quality of goods or services provided. In advertising the availability of discount by using the ShopLocal card, Shop Local NY Ltd is neither endorsing a particular company or product nor giving any assurance as to the quality of the goods or services provided.

4. Shop Local NY Ltd, whilst making every effort, does not guarantee the accuracy of discount and member details within its promotional materials. These will change frequently and should always be checked with the individual member business before agreeing to purchase goods or services.

5. Your loyalty cardholder details will be held, in electronic format, within a secure database held by Shop Local NY Ltd. They will not be disclosed to any party outside the Shop Local scheme, but may be disclosed to member businesses, within data protection regulations, for the purposes of targeted, local marketing. If you DO NOT wish to be contacted, please write ‘NO POST’ on your consumer form.
